Present Career Situation
Your Present Situation is a summation of where you stand at the present with your career and your goals. Try to keep to the facts and keep honest. It’s a clear look at where you stand. If you find yourself writing, "I stopped taking singing lessons, but . . ." take a moment to review the sentence and take out the "but." You don’t need to make excuses for where you are at present. If you find you can sum it up in a sentence, then do so. There’s no reason to go on and on if you can make it short.

Career Vision & Mission
Lots of people love this stuff. Whole books have been written on "vision." Vision and mission are amorphous words that mean different things to different people. Vision is the big picture, your mission in life. For example, your vision may be to be a happy working artist. Or, it may be to bring the fine arts to the general public.

Career Objectives
While your Vision & Mission is a broad statement, your Objectives are more concrete.
