Ah, the money game. "Game?", you ask. Yes, folks, the capitalist system is a game. Make no mistake about it. And like most games, there are winners and losers. But unlike most games, everyone can win this one, if you know the rules. The secret is to stay in it.

Now some of you may be thinking, "screw the capitalist system. Nothin' but a bunch of cigar-chomping fat cats taking advantage of the rest of us for their own profit". And you'd be right. The gap between rich and poor has never been greater. Even in America, the supposed land of the free, there are great disparities between the wealthy and the average working class Joe. You've heard the cliche': The rich get richer, the poor get poorer, and the middle class stays the same. This way of thinking has been so deeply ingrained into the psyche of most Americans, that the thought of achieving any sort of financial security, much less wealth, is anathema to their belief systems. Can we all say, "anathema"? You know it's true. And so, most don't even give money a second thought. That is until they have to. And by then, it's too late.

Fortunately, all of the tools are available at anyone's disposal, regardless of income level, to reach their economic goals. But before we get into the tools themselves and teach you how to play the game, let's go over a few myths about money.
